The Core Message

There is a sound that lives inside you that wishes to speak. Are you ready to give that voice a chance, a safe place to be heard?

It is our own sustained tone.

When guided with intention, the voice becomes a direct pathway into emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual regulation.

This 11-week course is designed to teach you how to recognize tonal shifts, stabilize internal states, and build coherence through disciplined, repeatable practice.

This is simple work.
And it is powerful.

To receive the greatest benefit from the course, participants are encouraged to:

  • 11 weeks of structured vocal practice
  • Daily 20-minute toning practice plus 10 minutes of observation and journaling
  • Weekly journal reflections submitted through Google Docs
  • 12 live Zoom sessions (approximately 60 minutes each)
  • One additional Tuesday support session during the vowel transition week
  • Replay access for missed sessions
  • Final reflection paper
  • Optional pre/post drawing practice for emotional and energetic observation (Approximately 5- 10 minutes)

Optional Drawing Exercise

This simple drawing practice can help reveal emotional, physical, and energetic shifts before and after toning.
Suggested materials:
– Large drawing pad or sketch tablet
– Soft pastel chalks or oil pastels
– A bowl or circular object approximately 7–8 inches wide

No prior singing experience required.
No drawing experience required.
Only a willingness to practice and observe.

What You Will Develop

Over the course of 11 weeks, you will learn to:

• Sustain tone with breath-supported steadiness
• Recognize shifts in emotional and nervous system states
• Identify patterns in tonal response
• Use your voice as a self-regulation tool
• Deepen listening and therapeutic presence

This is not about singing.
It is about resonance and awareness.

What Makes This Different?

Unlike many voice or sound programs, this course is not focused on singing performance, perfect pitch, or musical ability.

The emphasis is on direct experience:
– noticing shifts in breath
– observing emotional states
– developing internal awareness
– learning how sustained tone affects the body and nervous system

The voice becomes a tool for listening, release, regulation, and presence.

Commitment Clarity

Before enrolling, ask yourself:

Am I ready to commit to 11 weeks of consistent, guided practice?
If yes, this container will support you fully.
